The Super Chief passenger train was the flagship of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad. The train was known as the �Train of the Stars� due to the frequent celebrities which traveled on the train between Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA. The streamlined Super Chief was the first all Pullman Sleeping Car, Diesel Powered train in the USA and set the standard for luxury on rails. This train was not only luxurious but fast routinely exceeding speeds of 100 MPH on portions of her route.
